Most clients achieve their desired results in 2–3 sessions. The number of sessions depends on the size, depth, and colour of the area being treated. A personalized assessment at your consultation will give you a clearer picture of what to expect.
Discomfort is minimal. A topical numbing cream is applied before each session to keep you comfortable throughout the process. Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching feeling.
Results are long-lasting and can remain for several years. Longevity depends on your skin type, sun exposure, and aftercare routine. Touch-up sessions can be done periodically to maintain the appearance.
The treated area may appear slightly red or raised for the first few days. Full healing typically takes 4–6 weeks, during which the pigment settles into the skin. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided after every session.
